Pam is the Ma’am!!!! It’s stressful when you just lost a friend to Covid and your youngest starts displaying a cough the next day. She was quick, polite and on top of it! I had to bring both my little guys in and that alone is stressful. But she made it go quick. Even the nose swab was fast and confident and my little didn’t fuss like the last time he was tested at an other facility.Thank you Pam!!!
