My husband had his medical cert for his CDL back in March. Got a letter today that it was never sent in so his CDL was going to be cancelled Monday due to not receiving the medical cert. Tried to take it to the DMV and was told the doctors office had to send it. Called the office and was told they would call back in 20 minutes. Lady called back and said they sent the one for last year but didn't send this year's. She said she would send it and he should call the DMV in Springfield to ensure they received it. 07/10/26: Frustrated that after having a very good experience 8 mos ago, I recently received a no-show bill. I left a voicemail that I will need to cancel my appointment (2nd). I never got a call nor followup email or any correspondence aside from an invoice with a handwritten note that says "no show for visit". I didn't know OSF would go this low. I’d like to thank the staff at occupational health in assisting me with what I truly believe has been the worst time of my life. They’ve helped me get through the steps needed to get my CDL back. They’ve worked with me to keep me eligible to drive a truck. Thanks guys. From the bottom of my heart. Even though I have been a very big pain in the butt calling all the time. Thank you

I needed to go for a drug screening for a new job. I called the day before, left a voicemail asking for information. They returned my call within 30 minutes. They were professional and gave me the information I needed. They do not make appointments for drug screening. Their hours are 6:30 am - 3:30 pm. I went there at 6:30. They did not open the doors until 6:35. They were all polite and professional. The lobby had nice furniture. The bathroom was clean. They gave clear instructions. I had no issues. I came in for pre employment screening. I had last minute babysitter issues and had to bring my 3 small children with me. The whole staff was absolutely amazing. They helped me with my babies and got me in and out pretty quickly. Huge thank you for helping this mama get a job!!
