I called to schedule my pre-employment check and left a voicemail. They called within 30 mins. I had a few questions on fees and they called me within 30 mins to give me needed info. Then I had to cancel my appointment because I got sick the day before my appointment. All three calls/experience with them were great. The person who handled my calls was professional, respectful and informative.
I needed to go for a drug screening for a new job. I called the day before, left a voicemail asking for information. They returned my call within 30 minutes. They were professional and gave me the information I needed. They do not make appointments for drug screening. Their hours are 6:30 am - 3:30 pm. I went there at 6:30. I came in for pre employment screening. I had last minute babysitter issues and had to bring my 3 small children with me. The whole staff was absolutely amazing. They helped me with my babies and got me in and out pretty quickly. Huge thank you for helping this mama get a job!!
I’d like to thank the staff at occupational health in assisting me with what I truly believe has been the worst time of my life. They’ve helped me get through the steps needed to get my CDL back. Filth - the toilet where you take the drug test is like a truckers bathroom. I asked the lady to clean the toilet and she used a paper towel - 1 same paper towel to ‘clean’ the shit off the bottom of the seat then add it to the top of the seat. Also there is no where to sit your open plastic container of piss. This is not a medical facility. AVOID at all costs. Choose another location for your employment screening.
