I had no wait. Everyone was very attentive. Nicole was very thorough and and an excellent provider! She was very personable and friendly also! I also loved I had the antibiotics when I left from my visit. No wait times with the pharmacy. A really great visit!
Every interaction I’ve had with every person here has been pleasant! Quick, personable, and knowledgeable personals on every level from front desk to Nurse practitioners etc.! Job well done at this facility ALLLLLL the way around! I also used the online visit option today for my daughter’s pink eye! Pleasantly surprised with this service also!! Staff was very efficient. There was maybe 5 people ahead of me and those patients were in and out quickly. Once in the room the doctor was in within a few minutes. I like the availability of being able to get my sons antibiotics there onsite and save us another stop with a sick kid. Very pleasant experience in under an hour!!
I have been here twice. Both times the staff was very friendly, it was clean , and I was seen and treated promptly. Much faster on getting my prescription sent in too.
Lias was very nice and took us straight back when we came in to the clinic, we had no wait time. The provider was in the room with in no time, she was caring and made me feel very comfortable and not scared
