Context: I hate the American medical system with a passion. Went on a Saturday morning for our teenager. We got in immediately, never even sat down in the waiting room. The CMAs, the provider, and the X-ray tech were all helpful, honest, direct, and very friendly. The provider did not order or even suggest a battery of unneeded tests. "It's this. Do that." That is the type of honesty and frankness this broken system needs more of.
I had no wait. Everyone was very attentive. Nicole was very thorough and and an excellent provider! She was very personable and friendly also! I also loved I had the antibiotics when I left from my visit. No wait times with the pharmacy. A really great visit!
Staff was very efficient. There was maybe 5 people ahead of me and those patients were in and out quickly. Once in the room the doctor was in within a few minutes. I like the availability of being able to get my sons antibiotics there onsite and save us another stop with a sick kid. Very pleasant experience in under an hour!!
Every interaction I’ve had with every person here has been pleasant! Quick, personable, and knowledgeable personals on every level from front desk to Nurse practitioners etc.! Job well done at this facility ALLLLLL the way around! I also used the online visit option today for my daughter’s pink eye! Pleasantly surprised with this service also!! Dr. Cory Henry took time to listen to my lungs Bronchitis/Pneumonia prone...today Bronchitis. Prescribed Prednisone for chest fullness/tightness front to back and pain with full inhalation and wheezing. Day 2 feeling somewhat better. Thanks, Dr. Cory Henry
