Earlene & Amy were fantastic when caring for my daughter when I brought her in for a possible broken arm. The care they both provided was compassionate, attentive, and reassuring during a stressful time. They took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism throughout the visit.

The receptionist was extremely nice and very helpful. Maria was awesome and got all my vitals and basic information collected. Maria is extremely nice in regard to everything. Dr Amy Stone was terrific and very knowledgeable. She helped me a ton and I would go back anytime knowing how great the staff is

I had a great experience at OSF Urgent Care today. Earlene went above and beyond and was so kind, and Amy was efficient, down to earth, incredibly knowledgeable, and very kind. They both made the visit feel smooth, reassuring, and genuinely cared for, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.

The facility is clean and gives you free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold water bottles. All the staff was polite and respectful. The Dr listened to what I had to say. The whole process took about an hour or so. I went in for a UTI

Suffered a fall while traveling to the area and needed to get medical care. Another healthcare professional recommended me to this clinic and I’m very glad for it. I was treated with professionalism, care and efficacy. I would definitely go back should there be a need.
