I was a walk-in, late evening on the day before a holiday, and the staff were very kind and attentive! The front staff was prompt and helpful and check-in was quick They had to collect a few samples and the methods used were non-invasive and quick. Nurses were sure to double-check any readings that seemed off, and they took my concerns seriously. The entire building was very clean. I would make the drive here again!
The APN actually made me feel worse, we felt like because we didn't have insurance we weren't treated like we should've been, I went in with bad hip pain, I didn't fall, but started having pain from upper thigh up into my hip, I was taking care of it with ty and icy hot, which helped, but was still sore. All she did was push on my feet, no range of motion was tried, she spoke to me in a condescending voice, like she was speaking down to me. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with eye pain. There was no waiting. I got a thorough exam, a diagnosis and a prescription. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I am feeling much better the next day.
I visited the Urgent Care on 12/3/25 for a lingering respiratory infection. I found the staff to be friendly, considerate, and professional. The Doctor was as well! She listened to my complaints snd addressed all of them. She explained the plan of care thoroughly. I would definitely recommend OSF urgent care!
Only giving one star because the staff was friendly. I wouldn't have gone if I knew I was only going to be told to drink water and take OTC meds...like I didn't already try that...🤦♀️ Didn't even take my temperature...I was running a fever and coughing out bloody phlem with a headache and sinus pressure I could feel in my teeth ... Textbook sinus infection...I was told I needed to see a PCP so they could refer me to a ENT doctor ... I don't have that kind of money... Ended up going to a different place and got the prescrip... read more
