Earlene & Amy were fantastic when caring for my daughter when I brought her in for a possible broken arm. The care they both provided was compassionate, attentive, and reassuring during a stressful time. They took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism throughout the visit.

The facility is clean and gives you free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold water bottles. All the staff was polite and respectful. The Dr listened to what I had to say. The whole process took about an hour or so. I went in for a UTI

I was a walk-in, late evening on the day before a holiday, and the staff were very kind and attentive! The front staff was prompt and helpful and check-in was quick They had to collect a few samples and the methods used were non-invasive and quick. Nurses were sure to double-check any readings that seemed off, and they took my concerns seriously. The entire building was very clean. I would make the drive here again!

I had a great experience at OSF Urgent Care today. Earlene went above and beyond and was so kind, and Amy was efficient, down to earth, incredibly knowledgeable, and very kind. They both made the visit feel smooth, reassuring, and genuinely cared for, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.

I visited the Urgent Care on 12/3/25 for a lingering respiratory infection. I found the staff to be friendly, considerate, and professional. The Doctor was as well! She listened to my complaints snd addressed all of them. She explained the plan of care thoroughly. I would definitely recommend OSF urgent care!
