I’d been sick for a month and finally decided to have my husband take me to prompt care. This is the second time we have visited the clinic on IAA drive. Everyone there is amazing. I was able to schedule and check in online, and our wait at the office was minimal. I saw a wonderful APRN, CNP. They even have water available- which was great because I was battling a cough, but forgot my water bottle. I highly recommend this facility.
This is my urgent care of choice in town! I brought my daughter (5) in tonight for what ended up being a sinus and ear infection. Jayden M was a very kind and friendly nurse and kept the visit fun for my daughter! Kendall Wallace was also kind and very caring. She took excellent care, was empathetic, and had fantastic "bedside manner." Very happy with with visit and will go back, but hopefully not soon! 😉
Walked in at 7:15 PM on a holiday with my child who broke her finger. The staff was attentive, she got an x-Ray right away. The visit was efficient and quick, and it significantly relieved stress because of the timing. ⏱️ We appreciated that it was open and available for us to walk in.
Everyone was absolutely amazing! From walking in to walking out we had another fantastic experience. We were in and out in no time. I was pretty scared about what was going on with my daughter but everyone really calmed my nerves. My daughter also was very calm, happy, and felt comfortable with everyone despite not feeling her best. Thank you to each and every one of you! Please keep up the amazing work you all do ♥️♥️
my daughter is 18. She has autism and she has nonverbal when we went to the urgent care because we couldn’t get into our ENT. They were honestly so nice and so helpful with my daughter. She was in a lot of pain. They were gentle with her understanding and they even gave her a popsicle, which helped her to calm down. We recently moved to the Bloomington area and I can’t say thank you enough for their gentle care with my daughter in a very hard situation.
