I am so impressed with this place. Every time I go I have a good experience. A big plus also if they have prescription medicine there that is very low cost. So even if you have insurance somewhere else, it is so convenient just to get it there. I have a sinus infection and the nurse that checked me in and did all my vitals was excellent. Then Kimberly Shrode the nurse practitioner came in and she just was so understanding and good with my symptoms. I’d been sick for a month and finally decided to have my husband take me to prompt care. This is the second time we have visited the clinic on IAA drive. Everyone there is amazing. I was able to schedule and check in online, and our wait at the office was minimal. I saw a wonderful APRN, CNP. They even have water available- which was great because I was battling a cough, but forgot my water bottle. I highly recommend this facility.
I went to OSF on-call urgent care on 1-7-26. I have been sick for the last two weeks, throwing up, runny nose, headache, sore throat and body aches. I came here for help and treatment. I was told I would receive the best healthcare and my issues would be handled. After waiting 30 minutes to see the nurse practitioner, she came into my room with a massive attitude problem and proceeded to tell me I was a liar and I was not sick at all. Everyone was absolutely amazing! From walking in to walking out we had another fantastic experience. We were in and out in no time. I was pretty scared about what was going on with my daughter but everyone really calmed my nerves. My daughter also was very calm, happy, and felt comfortable with everyone despite not feeling her best. Thank you to each and every one of you! Please keep up the amazing work you all do ♥️♥️
my daughter is 18. She has autism and she has nonverbal when we went to the urgent care because we couldn’t get into our ENT. They were honestly so nice and so helpful with my daughter. She was in a lot of pain. They were gentle with her understanding and they even gave her a popsicle, which helped her to calm down. We recently moved to the Bloomington area and I can’t say thank you enough for their gentle care with my daughter in a very hard situation.
