As a Veteran, I usually use the VA here in Bloomington, but they had no appointments available and told me to apply the Missions act and use OSF. It was the first time I used the schedule for time and I had a very little wait time and the staff was friendly and helpful! And with meds in me feeling better within 24 hrs! One hint if you are a VET, make sure if you need medication that they place it with CVS, Walgreens doesn’t except coverage.
I’d been sick for a month and finally decided to have my husband take me to prompt care. This is the second time we have visited the clinic on IAA drive. Everyone there is amazing. I was able to schedule and check in online, and our wait at the office was minimal. I saw a wonderful APRN, CNP. They even have water available- which was great because I was battling a cough, but forgot my water bottle. I highly recommend this facility.
Was dismissed because I “looked fine”. I requested testing for Covid/Strep/Flu etc in order to have proper diagnosis and be treated, but especially because I work with kids. I needed to know for my job. I was denied the tests 2x, only to go home with illness progressing. I had to go out and buy my own home kits the next day, to end up having a positive result. I went to OSF on-call urgent care on 1-7-26. I have been sick for the last two weeks, throwing up, runny nose, headache, sore throat and body aches. I came here for help and treatment. I was told I would receive the best healthcare and my issues would be handled. After waiting 30 minutes to see the nurse practitioner, she came into my room with a massive attitude problem and proceeded to tell me I was a liar and I was not sick at all. I have been to this location 3 times in the last few months for different reasons. Excellent care and service. Would highly recommend. Was seen promptly each time with little to no wait. All staff were very personable and caring.
