Lynn was rude!!!! When you come into an urgent care you want to feel like someone cares she was nasty and showed she didn't care. The provider Melisa, 0/10 I wouldn't bring my dog to her. All we received was a bunch of "I don't knows"she was not caring or friendly. While we were waiting, she came back into the room because she left her cell phone by the computer. Staff was very friendly. Service was quick & efficient. Definitely glad the location on Sheridan is open. It's less than a mile from my house. I scheduled my appt online & was in & out of there in under 30 minutes

Scheduled an appointment for 6pm. Signed in at 5:30pm. At 7pm i was taken back to a room, vitals halfassedly taken buy a rude impatient nurse. At 8:05 PM I STILL had not seen anyone other than the vitals nurse. After being in that clinic for 2 1/2 hours, 2 of which was AFTER my scheduled appointment I got up and walked out. Didn't even bother to "check out" with the desk sitter at the front. Wouldn't take a dog here for care if it was the last place available.

I felt welcomed and safe the moment I walked through the door. I enjoyed everyone that I dealt with or rather that dealt with me. I would definitely recommend it and if I had ever have to go again I will definitely go there.

I was as crabby as could be today when I went in there not feeling well. The staff seemed to understand this and were patient & comforting to me. Thank you and God bless.
