Absolutely LOVE this urgent care. Thank you for everything you do!! Everyone at this location who has assisted me the various times I have gone in when sick, has been wonderful & attentive. They provide extremely quick care, which is exactly what you want when you’re feeling under the weather! Specifically in Morris, I will always choose OSF urgent care over the Morris Hospital system urgent care. I wish they had primary care locations in Morris, I would switch to them for primary care, too, in a heartbeat!
The entire visit start to finish was absolutely amazing. The registration staff was beyond polite and supportive, the nurse checking us into a room was great and the provider(Kelly) had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. The appointment was for my son and the way she articulated things to him was outstanding!
I brought both of my kids (14g/8b) in for completely separate reasons and the staff were amazing! They were compassionate, thorough, efficient and had us on our way in no time. If our local osf urgo is unable to help us for whatever reason, we will travel to the next closest one before going to the other urgent care in town. I cannot speak highly enough about every experience we have ever had there.
Second visit for flu like symptoms. 1st visit 5 days ago. Got worse over 5 days, fever, congestion, cough, throat and ear pain. Tested negative for covid and strep. Had x-ray done, breathing treatment as well. No pneumonia seen. Prescribed albuterol, benzonatate and a steroid. Will follow up with primary care doc. Care given was thorough, efficient and hopefully make me feel better soon.
I have used OSF urgent care for a brother with special needs, my 90 year old mother and myself. They are well equiped, and staffed. I have always had a good experience here.
