The entire visit start to finish was absolutely amazing. The registration staff was beyond polite and supportive, the nurse checking us into a room was great and the provider(Kelly) had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. The appointment was for my son and the way she articulated things to him was outstanding!

I brought both of my kids (14g/8b) in for completely separate reasons and the staff were amazing! They were compassionate, thorough, efficient and had us on our way in no time. If our local osf urgo is unable to help us for whatever reason, we will travel to the next closest one before going to the other urgent care in town. I cannot speak highly enough about every experience we have ever had there.

Receptionist was very attentive and helpful. Treated my daughter with kindness and compassion. Later we met with the doctor who also was very attentive with my daughter's illness. The visit was very pleasant and informative. I'm glad we have an OSF team so close to home.

I have used OSF urgent care for a brother with special needs, my 90 year old mother and myself. They are well equiped, and staffed. I have always had a good experience here.

Best urgent care experience I have ever had. Despite being short staffed, the staff was very upbeat and friendly. They quickly assessed my injury and fixed me up the best they could. I went to OSF after being turned away from another clinic that didn’t accept my insurance. If I ever have a need again while visiting Morris, this is where I will go.
