Receptionist was very attentive and helpful. Treated my daughter with kindness and compassion. Later we met with the doctor who also was very attentive with my daughter's illness. The visit was very pleasant and informative. I'm glad we have an OSF team so close to home.
Best urgent care experience I have ever had. Despite being short staffed, the staff was very upbeat and friendly. They quickly assessed my injury and fixed me up the best they could. I went to OSF after being turned away from another clinic that didn’t accept my insurance. If I ever have a need again while visiting Morris, this is where I will go.
Id like to start by saying OSF sent me a survey about symptoms that did get worse and to request that I reschedule another appointment. Absolutely not. I scheduled with Physicians Emmediate Care for the SECOND time and got the care my son needed. This is not the first experience I have had like this with your urgent care. OSF seems to have a "it's a virus" policy" and send people home. So, when one's symptoms worsen, bam, another insurance claim. I work for BCBS. This is insane. I took my son here for the first time on Christmas Day, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome right away. The facility itself was clean, modern, and impressive. We found the location easily visible from the Street, with convenient parking in a lovely shopping center. This will definitely be our go-to urgent care for our family moving forward!
I walked into an empty waiting room with one baby strapped to me and a toddler on my hip with an ear infection, they told me the provider was finishing up with a patient and then they were going to lunch so it was going to be a 45 minute wait. 😂 Show me any toddler, let alone with an ear infection, willing to sit and wait almost an hour for... Well, anything. I had a good laugh.
