I had such excellent service and care during my visit this morning on the 4th of July. It was so easy to book an appt online and provide info ahead of my visit. Everyone was so very kind and compassionate. You are such a blessing. Thank you so very much!
This was my first visit to OSF OnCall Urgent Care Center. It is a Prompt Care type facility. (When I searched it in Google, the name confused me. I originally thought it was an OSF Call Center where people would pay to call in with their medical questions and get medical treatment / evaluation over the phone. I swung by after work before leaving town and got right in. Everyone was friendly and fast, I think I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so. Facility was clean and things ran like a well-oiled machine. I was feeling better the day after starting my medication, thanks OSF urgent care!
I had to visit OSF urgent care. This is not the first time I’ve come to this building. The front desk staff member, her name is Kenzie, was rude to me during my visit. I told her I need to be seen and she comes back at me with attitude saying “okay?” and not welcoming at all. I told her I wasn’t comfortable sharing details as why I am here besides basic information that is needed. The nurses and doctor I had yesterday evening took very good care of me. Addressed my problems and didn't make me feel uncomfortable since I deal with mental health issues as well. Only place so far that made me feel very safe and I am grateful for that. Dr.Kramer & her nurse yesterday, the xray doctor they all went above and beyond. So caring and made me feel understood and seen. I am already starting to feel better today.
