The nurses and doctor I had yesterday evening took very good care of me. Addressed my problems and didn't make me feel uncomfortable since I deal with mental health issues as well. Only place so far that made me feel very safe and I am grateful for that. Dr.Kramer & her nurse yesterday, the xray doctor they all went above and beyond. Everyone is always warm and friendly. Providers and staff have always treated us with kindness and compassion. We love Urgent Care. We get in to see our Primary Providers for routine checkups and follow ups, but as we all know kids as well as full time working parents don't just get sick during routine business hours. It is always comforting to be able to book an appointment in the evening or on the weekend to have them checked out and not have to wait to get into the office to be seen OR sit in the ER for very long perio... read more
Had to visit OnCall on Christmas/my daughter’s birthday to get her swabbed for strep. They were quick, welcoming, so great to my daughter, wished her a happy birthday and offered her a drink and a popsicle. They had the medicine she needed on hand and it only cost 10 dollars, which made things very convenient. I’ve always had great experiences here. They were the only urgent care open Christmas Day in town. Very thankful for those healthcare workers that work on Christmas to serve the community!
They went above and beyond. The receptionist explained the wait. I played down on couch to rest while I waited and the receptionist came over after a bit and covered me with a warm blanket. She also checked my oxygen level. I've never been treated so wonderful before. I will make this my new place to go!
Everyone was so friendly, professional, and was truly concerned for my well-being. I went to OSF OnCall Urgent Care for intense pain in my knee from an old injury. A friend recommended going there for the care they give to all and for the fact they have an x-ray machine. I had x-rays taken and received medication to help control the pain.
