Everyone is always warm and friendly. Providers and staff have always treated us with kindness and compassion. We love Urgent Care. We get in to see our Primary Providers for routine checkups and follow ups, but as we all know kids as well as full time working parents don't just get sick during routine business hours. I had to visit OSF urgent care. This is not the first time I’ve come to this building. The front desk staff member, her name is Kenzie, was rude to me during my visit. I told her I need to be seen and she comes back at me with attitude saying “okay?” and not welcoming at all. I told her I wasn’t comfortable sharing details as why I am here besides basic information that is needed. The nurses and doctor I had yesterday evening took very good care of me. Addressed my problems and didn't make me feel uncomfortable since I deal with mental health issues as well. Only place so far that made me feel very safe and I am grateful for that. Dr.Kramer & her nurse yesterday, the xray doctor they all went above and beyond. This was my first visit to OSF OnCall Urgent Care Center. It is a Prompt Care type facility. (When I searched it in Google, the name confused me. I originally thought it was an OSF Call Center where people would pay to call in with their medical questions and get medical treatment / evaluation over the phone. Staff was amazing from the start!! Sara Dynes and nurse Kendra were super happy and professional. They have the nicest staff at this location.
