I was very impressed. Everyone was very professional. I was seen in a very timely manner. Diagnosed and purchased the meds I needed at a very reasonable price. From start to finish took less than a 1/2 hour. I was able to get started on my meds right away. I was also very impressed that they called a couple days later to see how I was doing. Will not hesitate to use them again.
Wow! I am so thankful and pleased with the service I got at the OSF Urgentcare in Sycamore. The girls were all happy when I walked in and immediately took care of me with a smile on their face! Absolutely amazing staff. Were able to find the insurance card that I didn't have on me. Got my son checked in while I was handling paperwork looked at what was going on in and out quickly staff friendlier than can be they perform miracles finding your insurance and other stuff. Absolutely recommend this place. Five star medical service that's hard to find, but you'll find it here at OSF in Sycamore
The staff was kind and efficient. My daughter was not inundated with tests — they did a focused workup and gave us the antibiotic she needed, so we didn’t have to use the pharmacy. We were in and out in less than an hour.
Even though it was close to 8 PM when I went to OSF, every staff member I interacted with were super friendly. The APN was very thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend OSF.
