Hands down the best experience I've had at a convenient care. Everyone was very nice. They were very fast and efficient. The lobby and patient rooms were very clean. They also do in house medications, which helps me out so I didn't have to drive to another pharmacy and wait. But it is a limited amount of medications that they do. I would highly recommend coming to this place if you are in the DeKalb County area.

I cannot say enough good things about Brit and Tiffani at OSF Urgent Care in Sycamore. Every single visit with them feels completely different from what you’d expect in a healthcare setting,in the best way possible. My go to for urgent care. I have used this location many times for my self and my children. The doctors, nurses and staff are always wonderful. We are usually in and out quickly and it's a very clean environment. I highly recommend

I was seen right away no wait, although I did have an appointment. The staff was fantastic! They were efficient, kind, and had me in and out in no time. And I really appreciated walking out with my medicine in hand.

Nice staff. Short wait times. Excellent provider. On site pharmacy. Was in and out with meds in one hour. My first choice for sure.
