Hands down the best experience I've had at a convenient care. Everyone was very nice. They were very fast and efficient. The lobby and patient rooms were very clean. They also do in house medications, which helps me out so I didn't have to drive to another pharmacy and wait. But it is a limited amount of medications that they do. I would highly recommend coming to this place if you are in the DeKalb County area.

I cannot say enough good things about Brit and Tiffani at OSF Urgent Care in Sycamore. Every single visit with them feels completely different from what you’d expect in a healthcare setting,in the best way possible. I was very impressed. Everyone was very professional. I was seen in a very timely manner. Diagnosed and purchased the meds I needed at a very reasonable price. From start to finish took less than a 1/2 hour. I was able to get started on my meds right away. I was also very impressed that they called a couple days later to see how I was doing. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Nice staff. Short wait times. Excellent provider. On site pharmacy. Was in and out with meds in one hour. My first choice for sure.

Very pleased with our care. As soon as we walked in the door, the staff and doctor was very caring, kind and helpful. There was no wait! Highly recommend!
