We have had several exceptional experiences at this urgent care! It is our go-to clinic. We especially appreciate the short wait times and Sunday hours. Most recently, the OSF care team (Terry, Becky & Tara) were so kind & efficient in treating an ankle injury. They were able to do an onsite Xray and determine a fracture which was key. They ensured the patient’s comfort and used a wheelchair to take him safely to the car when the visit concluded. We greatly appreciate their expert care!
Was there recently as a guest of a patient being seen for an injury. The xray person Rebecca was so caring and kind. She took great care of my friend. Her bedside manner was seriously chef’s kiss. I would recommend this office to anyone who asked.
I absolutely love this urgent care! With 2 small children we are frequently at this location and the staff is amazing. The facility is very clean, everyone is kind and extremely efficient. We unfortunately had to go early on Christmas morning with a very sick 4 year old and the team was so sweet and helpful!
We've had a wonderful experience every time we visit. The staff is kind, efficient and always gets us in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. PA's Brenda, Kendra, and Nora are all compassionate, attentive, and truly excellent at what they do. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service, the doctor on duty, Michael was sooooo friendly and very welcoming. I went in for my knee and he gave me the best care. The service was fast and I didn't feel overwhelmed, like some other places. Thank you and I would definitely recommend OFS so my family and friends.
