We've had a wonderful experience every time we visit. The staff is kind, efficient and always gets us in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. PA's Brenda, Kendra, and Nora are all compassionate, attentive, and truly excellent at what they do. Highly recommend!
Had a really nice experience. I was a walk in and barely had to wait at all. The nurse was amazing at checking on me and asking me multiple time if I needed anything or wanted some water. The np listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
Went for 4th day of cough and soar throat. MA and NP were pleasant & professional and determined that I had a viral infection. But the NP declined to prescribe anything to help with my symptoms dispite that over the counter meds hadn’t been helping thus far! Symptoms only got worse as I also started to loose my voice. I receive a text survey from the OSF unit checking my status and it recommended a follow up visit to the unit. Since my visit to my primary care was pending, I returned to the unit. Outstanding care today for my elderly mom with wounds from a fall. Tara M and Brian were patient, gentle and kind! Loved that I could make an appointment-best part-no wait!
