This office is extremely conveniently located. The building itself is modern and clean with updated facilities. Staff were efficient and kind despite being obviously extremely understaffed. They got me what I needed and it's super easy to reserve a spot through the MyChart app.
Was seen in a timely manner and treated with care and warmth from the front desk through the entire care team. My health issue was recognized and I was LISTENED to. She even took the time to offer advice on a cream I was not using and explained the benefits of adding this hormone cream into my daily routine. I was given proper medication and am feeling much better. This was a very positive experience and I will, if needed, not hesitate to use this facility in the future. A 5 STAR experience for sure.
On 6/15/25 I went for a dot physical. The fmca has changed and the physician was supposed to send it so they could tag my license checked on 7/25/25 with dmv it was done and it wasn’t called and they told me there was a glitch in the system at this facility and they will get it handled. Well I got a letter in mail that they are suspending my cdl for no physical reported called office and was told we emailed the provider and that’s all they can do. I called as I was on the way in with my 18 month old son, and they informed me I can not reserve a spot through the phone, but there was not much of a current wait if I got there soon. When I arrived they immediately asked me if I was the one who called and already had a room ready for us! The nurses were amazing, as it takes a bit of a team effort to test a toddler for RSV, flu and Covid, but they were so great and answered all of my questions, and gave me a very thorough handout to send home with all of the information I w... read more
I’m unfortunately a frequent flyer to this location. I have sensitive skin that cause uncomfortable issues no matter what I do or try because life happens. Overall, I like this place and have great people there. Today though was outstanding service! I believe they were the best and kindest staff I have had since going. I was seen by Ms Basso who made me feel heard, understood, and without any judgement. I can’t thank the staff enough on the care I received today!
