While I have come to “Midwest Orthopedics” for years, and have always received excellent care from the providers, since they “sold out” to Osf it has gone downhill. I was here 9/23, 9/30 and today 10/7/2025 for gel knee injections. On 9/23 and 9/30 I was here both times for over 2 hours. All but 15 minutes was me waiting to be roomed and to see the provider. I have had two surgeries on the same shoulder one in 2010 and then the one this year. Both have been done by the great doctor below. Always very thorough about what he did, what needs to be done for your future recovering. The staff is amazing and his nurses and assistance are so helpful. I have horrible anxiety and a rotator cuff repair is never a fun recovery. By coming here I feel confident and I will always recommend the doctors at the now previously Great Plains ortho OSF ortho! My amazing husband had brought me to see Dr.Below. This was a week after he had gotten out of the hospital. To get his ruptured aorta repair. He's the type of man who isn't afraid to cry in public. When we went to the counter. The receptionist told me that my appointment was the day before. I told her that I received a call from your office. The staff was most helpful quite quick plenty of seating and clean
Don't go there. This place is horrible. Went down there with my friend who has a bunch of shoulders and elbow problems. Had to drive a hour and a half each way. She called them herself a day before the appointment to see if they received the MRI and reports. They said they had them and made the appointment. We arrived and guess what no mei's. The Dr came in and said I can't fix you he said that without even looking at any MRI. Even though the reports stated she has torm rotator cuffs on both shoulders and elbow. What kind of... read more
