Gobsmacked regarding poor professionalism from receptionist/med tech and Dr Ahmad. Went in with years of chronic back pain due to spondylitis, disc changes, and recently experienced a fall. Requesting MRI to check any status change from previous MRI. Was spoken to like a kindergartener. I hold 2 masters degrees in health related fields, and was reprimanded for wanting an MRI before being treated w PT and pain injections. Apparently, they don’t like to deal with readers.
