Dr. Koo and Megan are simply amazing. im so glad they were there today to point me in the right direction. Amazing people.
I'd like to give a shout-out to Megan Brandt, APRN, and Megan CMA. We've seen them at least three times at prompt care, and they've always been knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. Today, they were just as impressive, particularly when the situation was more complicated. We also met another nurse, Chantel, who was just as knowledgeable, caring, and thorough.
Came in for a second opinion after i felt unheard at the last doctor, who didn’t even look in my ears during the appointment (also an osf facility). I was told insurance wouldn’t cover another visit so soon, which i can completely understand. However the physician treated me like I was a complete idiot for coming in so soon. She seemed frustrated that there was someone standing in her empty waiting room and talked down to me like a child. Only negative is wait time, and that’s because of how busy they are. I find them friendly and efficient and professional. If waiting bothers you then you should schedule your medical need for when no one else needs this service. I think they’re great!
I had a progressive cough for for a few days. I decided to pursue getting evaluated for pneumonia. I had heard the prompt care on the south side of Ottawa was quick and thorough. I do not frequent medical facilities often, but my experience from start to finish there was nothing but positive. Everyone and I mean everyone was friendly, professional, and genuine.
