I definitely recommend OSF Urgent Care in Ottawa, The staff is Amazing i got right in and was seen in a very timely manner they were all so kind but very Professional they diagnosed my rash and gave me a Prescription which I was able to purchase there and it was only $10.00 which was Awsome,I was in and out within no time. I have been there a few times and I am pleased to say they have always diagnosed my issue quickly, they are definitely my go to when it's not an emergency and treat you with kindness and respect.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Megan Brandt, APRN, and Megan CMA. We've seen them at least three times at prompt care, and they've always been knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. Today, they were just as impressive, particularly when the situation was more complicated. We also met another nurse, Chantel, who was just as knowledgeable, caring, and thorough.

Came in for a second opinion after i felt unheard at the last doctor, who didn’t even look in my ears during the appointment (also an osf facility). I was told insurance wouldn’t cover another visit so soon, which i can completely understand. However the physician treated me like I was a complete idiot for coming in so soon. She seemed frustrated that there was someone standing in her empty waiting room and talked down to me like a child. Dr. Koo and Megan are simply amazing. im so glad they were there today to point me in the right direction. Amazing people.
