Went to prompt care after testing positive for Influenza b at Home. I was feeling significantly Short of breath and could not stop coughing. The provider Sunanda was incredible! She was prompt, knowledgeable, took time listening to my lungs and giving me mediation to treat the bronchitis I had along with the flu. Thank you so much!
I cannot say enough about the staff and treatment from the ladies at this facility. We came in late with an injury and they were super accommodating and even got back to me after hours with test results. I’m so grateful we went here and would highly recommend. The staff was helpful, explained everything, were friendly and super kind. They were able to get us over to the hospital for X-rays and even checked her chart after hours to make sure we had the info we needed for the morning. It’s a 10/10 for us!
This place has seriously tanked. I dont think theres a good place to go in Bloomington normal anymore. Went in for fear of a blood clot moving, I said do I need to be here nor the er she said sorry we cant give medical advice at the front desk. So I wait probably 15 minutes total for the nurse to be like well sorry we cant do anything here you need to go to the er can you drive yourself. Worst medical care ever. Great experience from start to finish. I felt welcome and cared for. I have visited others and received poor treatment, felt like a bother, and was denigrated behind my back (@ OSF W Market). I will only go to this promptcare.
Conveniently located just off Eastland Avenue and Veterans Parkway in the Eastland Medical Plaza II, on the first floor, Suite 1100. Plenty of parking in front of the building, with handicapped parking and handicapped accessible entrance and doors. There is also a pharmacy in the complex if needing to fill a prescription.
