Estimated wait times shouldn't be negative 15 minutes. The board showed 25 minutes and we have been waiting an hour. I get things are busy but having a non-real wait time on the board is ridiculous. We have no idea how long it will be.
My husband had horrible ear pain and flu like symptoms, the doctor only tested for COVID and strep and said his ear looked fine, suggested we go to the ED based on his recent travel and not knowing what he has. One ED visit later and the ED found a ruptured ear drum from infection and influenza B. All things the prompt care should have detected rather than sending us to the ED
This Prompt Care refused to even see me. I scheduled my appointment online- waited an hour- was on my way and got a call from their nurses refusing to even assess my symptoms in person. They told me I HAVE to go to the ER even though I cannot afford that and am not in a life or death situation, though also not something I can put off because of the immense pain it is causing me. They were kind and thorough..I would highly recommend this location. I was able to get X-rays done also.
I'd been feeling unwell, but work long hours and unable to schedule with my primary care. However, my symptoms started getting to the point where I was needing help. I haven't been to a PromptCare before, and wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up receiving excellent care yesterday evening from Korte PAC, Nikki RN, Tara CMA and Tara the secretary.
