This Prompt Care refused to even see me. I scheduled my appointment online- waited an hour- was on my way and got a call from their nurses refusing to even assess my symptoms in person. They told me I HAVE to go to the ER even though I cannot afford that and am not in a life or death situation, though also not something I can put off because of the immense pain it is causing me. Quick (minus the wait time), professional, and kind. I went in for some respiratory issues at like 8:30ish I was seen at 9:22am and leaving at 9:45am
They were kind and thorough..I would highly recommend this location. I was able to get X-rays done also.
I'd been feeling unwell, but work long hours and unable to schedule with my primary care. However, my symptoms started getting to the point where I was needing help. I haven't been to a PromptCare before, and wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up receiving excellent care yesterday evening from Korte PAC, Nikki RN, Tara CMA and Tara the secretary. I had bursitis in my right knee that has gotten infected. After I treated the infection the legs drained but a golf ball sized fluid bubble remained on the right kneecap. I got in to see a Dr. Edelman who refused my request to drain the knee and gave me a steroid called Prednisone. 2 days later, the fluid in my knee has disappeared but a giant swollen bubble now sits about my right knee.
