I have been here 5 times and each time I have been treated so poorly by the receptionists. Even when I'm trying my best to speak through my swollen throat because I am sick, they sigh at me because they cannot understand me. While I understand that's frustrating for them, I don't understand why a simple "Can you repeat yourself, please?" is so unheard of. Every single time I am treated this way by them. I just had the best experience at the urgent care! I went in for a terrible poison ivy rash and everyone was so caring, knowledgeable, and made me laugh. James Hopper PA was amazing! I wish I could have him as my primary doctor. Charlie, Nick, and the lady at the front desk (I cannot remember how name). Were equally as awesome. I will always go here for my quick emergency needs!
They have the ABSOLUTE Best drs & nurses!! The in & out time is quicker than grabbing a gallon of milk at the local grocery store! Can’t beat it & I often use them instead of even trying to get into Reggie drs!!
Went last evening around 7 p.m. for an employment drug test where I was told they were open from 1-4 p.m. even on Christmas Eve. Came today right at 1 p.m. because that is when I was told they were open just to be told they closed at noon due to the holiday! If I was told the correct information by the staff this would not have been an issue.
My arm is visibly swollen, and I’m told I’m there basically for pain medicine. I just want to know what’s wrong so we can fix it, I need my arm! This is the #1 reason why black woman dont go to the doctor and if they do they are made to feel their pain is not real. This is my first time experiencing this. And it stops with me. Women, we have a voice, let yours be heard and stop this foolishness! It’s 2026!!
