I just had the best experience at the urgent care! I went in for a terrible poison ivy rash and everyone was so caring, knowledgeable, and made me laugh. James Hopper PA was amazing! I wish I could have him as my primary doctor. Charlie, Nick, and the lady at the front desk (I cannot remember how name). Were equally as awesome. I will always go here for my quick emergency needs!
I am writing this review out of complete frustration with the ongoing lack of accountability and professionalism at this urgent care. Earlier today, I called two hours before bringing my son in for an ankle injury to confirm that X-rays would be available. The woman on the phone placed me on hold to verify with the technicians, then came back and assured me they would be there until 7 PM. Went last evening around 7 p.m. for an employment drug test where I was told they were open from 1-4 p.m. even on Christmas Eve. Came today right at 1 p.m. because that is when I was told they were open just to be told they closed at noon due to the holiday! If I was told the correct information by the staff this would not have been an issue.
My arm is visibly swollen, and I’m told I’m there basically for pain medicine. I just want to know what’s wrong so we can fix it, I need my arm! This is the #1 reason why black woman dont go to the doctor and if they do they are made to feel their pain is not real. This is my first time experiencing this. And it stops with me. Women, we have a voice, let yours be heard and stop this foolishness! It’s 2026!!
I get better care here than I do at my own doctor’s office! I’ve had several UTIs and they always call a couple days after to check on me and let me know the results of a test that takes longer. They call me every time even though I can look it up on MyChart! When I come in, they are always so happy and sweet! They make you feel good the second you walk in the door! And wow are they FAST! I highly recommend!
