We always take our children here after hours or if we can't get into our pediatrician. They are always VERY quick, and very sweet with my kids. We have had a couple issues, but for the most part this place has always treated us well. The short weight times are the best when you have sick kids!

The entire staff on the date I was there was amazing. Unbeknownst to me, I was pretty sick. I was there 4 hours, mostly due to an IV drip and IV antibiotics. When my fever spiked again after all of this they sent me to the ER. They were genuinely concerned.about my health. I will absolutely be back, should I need services again. Thank you Gail, Dr. Michelle, BSN Kristin and nurse Kelli.

Single office visit is $285 just for walking in the door. COVID test is $90, and Strep test is $117. Called and asked about pricing since it doesn't align with the state average and was told they set and review their own prices annually. Both tests came back negative and was sent home with a sheet of paper with instructions to get rest and more fluids. Do not use this provider unless it's an emergency, they will charge you too dollar for anything they can.

My visit at this PromptCare was great! I was in and out and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was so easy to interact with them and get a clear and simple diagnosis. APRN Kale was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return! This was my first visit to this location. People take time to share their bad experiences, the great ones need to be noted too.
