I came here with a fear of Pneumonia after being hospitalized critically with it in 2017. My doctor was friendly, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one on their own. She clearly explained the importance of the tests she would do and the importance of following my medications. Turned out I had bronchitis pretty badly. Thank you Dr.Ross for an amazing experience and creating another safe place I felt I could go to.
The staff and doctor were super nice and made me feel like they cared. I recommend it if you're in need of urgent care. Also, they accept Medicaid.
Entry staff was amazing, nurse was amazing... The doctor not so much. Well, unless you like someone talking down to you and being arrogant... I personally do not.
Lack of care and communication. Don’t waste your time…. You’ll end up going back again because they don’t want to treat you.
