I took my mom to see Jennifer L. Dinges for severe ear pain and facial swelling so bad she couldn’t even wear her dentures, which is very unusual for her. We were told it was ‘just a virus,’ to use allergy medication and Flonase, and that weather pressure could be causing it. The visit felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially when my mom was clearly in pain and was told she ‘looked great’ and to ‘enjoy the beautiful weather.’ By Friday, another walk-in clinic told her to see a dentist immediately. I don’t know if it’s because I got there early, or because of the process being more streamlined, and the test I needed being more advanced so the results are quicker, but I was in and out in 30 minutes, and that’s all anyone could ever hope for.

Lack of care and communication. Don’t waste your time…. You’ll end up going back again because they don’t want to treat you.

I came here with a fear of Pneumonia after being hospitalized critically with it in 2017. My doctor was friendly, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one on their own. She clearly explained the importance of the tests she would do and the importance of following my medications. Turned out I had bronchitis pretty badly. Thank you Dr.Ross for an amazing experience and creating another safe place I felt I could go to.
