Therapists are great, but the front desk, well, that's a whole story in itself. Maybe some ongoing training is necessary.
OSF THERAPY HELPS ME WITH THERAPY. THEY ARE VERY PATIENT WITH ME. I LOVE THEM
Great staff very friendly
The therapists and front end staff are all very talented and very pleasant to work with. The workout area could be larger but we have been told they working on that. My wife is a stroke survivor and came to them in January un able to get into a vehicle and had to use we care to get to therapy. She is now walking with help of a walker, beginning to be able to use her leftarm
