Low level of care, very little communication, zero attention to detail and information, resulting in delaying my son’s care. The physical therapist was also unwilling to share testing information/ documentation with other medical providers for my 18 month old son with disabilities, further delaying his care. The physical therapist in question should find a new career.
I have taken P.T. there on about 3 separate occasions. I found the therapists to be professional, friendly, caring and attentive. There is a variety of equipment and water therapy available. I have had different therapists but the last time was Paul and I highly recommend him or any of the other therapists.
I saw Sean at this facility to treat vertigo. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Best of all, his treatment worked and my vertigo is gone. I highly recommend Sean at OSF for treatment of vertigo.
Had knee replacement in December. Paul Bennett is my therapist. He pushes me just far enough that I look forward to the next therapy session. I highly recommend Paul.
