Rock cut crossing is the most ridiculous place for any Healthcare needs , they do not know any bedside manner, customer service is horrible , they truly do not care about the patients and it shows . They need to be shut down .
I love most of the people there. The techs are great and most of the desk people are great. But there is one lady who refuses to do her job. I always register with e check-in for all appointments to avoid registration. But this one woman insists on sending you to registration anyway when she is suppose to check you in. I was firm with her and told her she was the only one that insists on this, and she accused me of yelling at her. I do not want to go back there because of her. She really destroys the experience. I'm terrified of closed MRIs but this one was open. Mark, the tech, was awesome, giving me all the necessary information, answering my questions and being very comforting and friendly. Got done with the test without any issues at all.
The tech was VERY kind and we had no issues with testing
