Save yourself the time and don’t go here ever I am never the type to leave a review no matter how terrible the service but after the horrible experience I had here I feel I need to warn others to stay as far away from this facility as possible the nurses and doctors told me there was no way for me to be treated by them and that I would need to sign a form saying I was the one refusing treatment when they refused to help me. then they told me that the form was so they weren’t liable if I died after leaving. I’ve never been one to write a review but I’m extremely upset. The nurses were so sweet… but someone is NOT doing their job correctly here. WORST hospital experience I have ever encountered for my daughter. They told us after an X-ray that she had a “small amount of fecal matter. But not a lot. And nothing that should cause the level of pain she is in.”.. we just left Peoria children’s hospital to find out our daughter is SEVERELY backed up. Terrible hospital, someone we know just took their child there and they accused them of child abuse…. The kicker is they missed a huge injury that could have caused the child to bleed out. This place is a joke. They wouldn’t even let them leave and were more worried about calling the police rather than assisting the injuries child. What a joke. Absolutely a joke and sad that the medical staff was more worried about calling the police than helping the injured child.
Had gone here for mental health crisis two times both times I was treated terribly. Both times they had to draw my blood they treated me like a child for my sever Trypanophobia both time when I screamed in fear I got told I was scaring patients not caring for my fear and how I felt even after I tried to commit suicide. This one doctor was also very condescending about what I had taken and said that I hadn't taken that medication
One of the worst hospitals I have ever been in my whole 68 years of life that has got to be the worst hospital I have ever been in I would not take a dog to that place
