I’ve never been one to write a review but I’m extremely upset. The nurses were so sweet… but someone is NOT doing their job correctly here. WORST hospital experience I have ever encountered for my daughter. They told us after an X-ray that she had a “small amount of fecal matter. But not a lot. And nothing that should cause the level of pain she is in.”.. we just left Peoria children’s hospital to find out our daughter is SEVERELY backed up. Emergency room was great and so was floor I got admitted on! This one of best OSF hospitals!!!
Absolutely upset. Worst visit I've ever encountered. I was told to go home and take a COVID test. When I came in with issues swallowing. I requested an ultrasound on my neck and thyroid and was told they can't do that. They then proceeded with an xray machine that had nothing to do with my throat. Yes my BP was high but my BP was never taken again the cuff was left off of me. I'm so upset. I'm still having issues I don't trust going back to be billed an outrageous bill that had nothing pertaining to my problem
I have a feeling I've had this fluid in my R ear for awhile only they found it,also helped me with pain as Peoria n Drs office in Chillicothe refuses to do, finally got steroids for my sinuses n an antibiotic!!! Following up today at my Drs office TY VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU ALL DID!!! DR.J Gutshell is awesome
I came into the E.R. on Aug 10th. after falling at work and fearing I broke something. I could barely walk into the room and wasn’t offered any sort of help. I was in there for all of a half hour and was told by the standing doctor that night that he wasn’t going to do any sort of testing or X-Rays as he didn’t believe that I broke or tore anything because I was able to walk into the ER (with the assistance of my husband).
