Beware of some of the therapist here. They have no idea what they're talking about and they talk about the personal life and their past marriages way too much. I saw a therapist over the summer. She was so unprofessional she kept not listening to me and talking about her personal life and making it seem like it was my situation when it was completely not. They have one of the greatest nurses/receptionist of all time answering calls. Absolutely wonderful person. People don't understand how important it is to have a caring person answering Dr office phones. When you get a mean nurse or receptionist it takes a toll on the entire situation. Absolutely10/10. My psychiatrist is very understanding and helpful. I'm not gonna lie this is a pretty good facility
They're out of hand. They say there's no supervisor. I call for one medication and get the other and now the dates are so off it makes me sick I can't just get them on the same date. I'm looking for another provider Monday but I don't want to because I like my psychiatrist. The nurse can't do basic math and act like you have a problem when they aren't filling narcotics on time which you can withdrawal from. Unacceptable.
My psychiatrist is good but don't expect them to actually help you when you need it.
Its been a few years since my last visit, so I decided I could revise my review. Still one star. Having been to other places since then, it's more obvious how much the staff doesn't care about your behavioral health at choices. The waiting room has a nice vibe, which is a plus cause you'll spend a majority of your time there. When you're called in to see the doctor, you're rushed out.
