Been here multiple times and the hospital can even seem normal at first. The processing is painful as they refuse to tell you how much you will be charged prior to service. Normal for America, sure. The care is mediocre and they generally don't care that much but still do 'their job'. But I was horrified to see this is less of a hospital and more of a Church. I’m not a person to give negative reviews normally, but I’ve had a few bad experiences here over the years. The hospital has a bad reputation, but I had to see it for myself. The worst thing that happened to me here was in the ER. I had badly cut my finger, and could no longer bend it. The ER doctor told me that the tendon was undamaged, and it would start to work again soon. I pushed until they made me a follow up appointment with their specialist. brought my mom for migraine and the doctor made my mom extremely uncomfortable, the nurse did not wear gloves or sterilize any of the equipment needs or meds before giving them to my mom, and they did not give her the correct medication to relieve her pain. do not bring a loved one to this hospital, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing nor do they know how to make sure rooms are clean and sterile before new patients arrive. they really need to go through and make sure these people have the correct qualifications to wo... read more

My experience with the hospice department at this facility was deeply disturbing. During a vulnerable time, I encountered behavior from a staff member that I experienced as inappropriate, boundary crossing, and personally unsafe. The interactions did not feel compassionate or professional in the slightest, they felt intrusive and distressing. I’d give a zero if possible, got an injury due to the job I worked they sent me here. All the doctor was concerned in my opinion was just trying to find a way to prove it wasn’t work related. Despite literally tearing up to them expressing my pain and want to just be taken care of they came up with no solution to help me and gave me an incorrect diagnosis.
