I’m not a person to give negative reviews normally, but I’ve had a few bad experiences here over the years. The hospital has a bad reputation, but I had to see it for myself. The worst thing that happened to me here was in the ER. I had badly cut my finger, and could no longer bend it. The ER doctor told me that the tendon was undamaged, and it would start to work again soon. I pushed until they made me a follow up appointment with their specialist. My experience with the hospice department at this facility was deeply disturbing. During a vulnerable time, I encountered behavior from a staff member that I experienced as inappropriate, boundary crossing, and personally unsafe. The interactions did not feel compassionate or professional in the slightest, they felt intrusive and distressing. Can I be a Doctor? I don't have a degree but clearly Doctors only need to know 3 things. 1. Is the patient fat or skinny? 2. What OTC pill can I prescribe them to waste their day today? 3. Everyone is a drug seeker. Don't get me wrong; I know drug seekers exist. But when you look at every single person and see a drug seeker, you need some mental help. I've been prescribed Advil, Tylenol, even Aspirin by these jokers. My day could've been 100x faster if I had just gone to a drug store and bought some Acetaminophen (Tylenol)... read more
Have never been treated so great at an ER in my life Dr Silas made my worries vanish and handled my case with the upmost care i could not have asked for a better doctor or staff in general. The nurses were also very kind and caring. Hope i don’t need to go to the ER again but if i do i will be going there!
NEVER EVER COME HERE. I stayed overnight here from being transferred from another hospital and when I woke up got vitals and blood done and took medicine but after that they took forever to come into the room and barley checked on me, it took them 30 minutes to answer when I pressed the call button. So I had to wait hours for the GI doctor to see me and when she finally came in she only asked why I was there then just said that she was staying out of it and not going to do anything.
