Well I have had several injections. Two very successful, others only marginal. But that is not a reflection of the people or service. My issue is with the administrative side of the clinic. Often times the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I also have a running problem with their billing department. They can’t seem to get my insurance information straight. We fix it then we revisit the same problem after my next visit. The medical staff is great, not so much the clerical/admin staff.
Everyone is always so polite at the Center for Health, lots of many different doctors at this location and the building is always well taken care of and normally there is always a greeter at the door. If there isn't someone at the door then there's always somebody at the front desk to help you. For my specific appointment today the technician that was helping assist me was very helpful and considerate and gentle. Thank you for having such great employees and for doing everything you guys do.
Good medical facility to go to. Their phones are always busy which is a good thing. Many people come here as patients. It is a good medical facility. The hospital is good too. Thanks OSF and Staff.
Had blood drawn this morning by Olivia. She was compassionate and took great care to pick the right vein for my blood draw. I hope I get her again. She did an awesome job 😊
This is a wonderful medical facility. They offer several different medical services. I personally have received treatment in the lab, diagnostic imaging, breast health, orthopedic rehabilitation & primary care departments. Never once have I had a bad experience. Always received the most professional, and compassionate, treatment. Check out their website.
