I have been fighting cancer for 3 years. It’s wonderful that all of my services are now in one place. I was a patient of this infusion group, both before and after they moved into the new OSF cancer center. All of the staff is so friendly and compassionate and very efficient at their jobs. The staff and nurses there are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and ask if you need anything. I love getting my infusions there. Such a warm and kind-hearted place.
An awesome staff of nurses in a comfortable setting. This is important considering how long each infusion takes. Most of the time I get a couple of the warm blankets and take a nap while everyone goes about their part of the job. Great people. Genuinely caring and interested in taking care of your needs.
I walked in as a first time patient and felt like a celebrity! The staff was so kind. I was offered drinks and snacks (since it would be a while), and they really cared for my individual needs. I have a fear of needles, so I was anxious for this appt. They handled it all very well and made it easy for me to relax. I want all my needles to be done here :)
Absolutely love getting infusions here! Nurses are amazing, and they are good at their job. I would definitely recommend coming here. I have been countless times, and it is always a good experience.
