My delivery here was great last time, I got a lot of compliments on my epidural. That was in 2023. Now I am about yo deliver my 2nd child and will give an update on the quality of care :) I remember really liking the nurses which was surprising for me because a nurse was the cause of my grandpa dying days before my first daughter was born, so I was still upset and paranoid from that. I hope this delivery is exactly like my last one but shorter!
I had a positive experience with booking, office visits, physicians and the hospital/delivery. Dr. Renfroe ended up taking care of me after a few visits, and her and her staff took great care of me for the duration of my pregnancy, hospital stay and delivery. Every nurse, tech, or staff I delt with was wonderful, helpful and polite. Specialists offices can often be busy, but that is because they are the best, the negative reviewers didnt seem to take this into consideration.
I’ve thought about making this review for awhile. Two years later I think I’ve had enough time to really think about my experience and how badly it affected me. Dr. Renfroe was great every time I saw her. I have no complaints when it comes to her, other than the fact that she wasn’t there for the actual labor even when she assured me she would be, and she only came to see me one time while in the recovery room. At first I was nervous since I experienced a different facility for my first birth delivery, but I had a top notch experience and great support from medical staff. Answered all of my questions. Staff members informed me very well every step of the way. They work well together and independently. I felt a great sense of trust and assistance during my stay and through my recovery. I'm happy to have had my baby here.
Dr. Renfroe and her team have been very kind and thorough. The Dr. and her team caught something that my gynecologist and her team missed. Nurse Morgan and Nurse Cassie along with others have been thoughtful and have made me feel cared for and not like another number. The ladies at the front desk always have a smile and kind personality. Most sonographers were kind, thorough and xplained what they were viewing so I was a part of the process.
