Amazing experience. Visiting from out of state. Was seen right away and was "home" resting in less than 2 hours
My sister went to the er yesterday and they were nothing but rude to her except for the nurse she was amazing. The female doctor tried to tell her that she need therapy all because she had anxiety and then proceeded to go off for ten minutes about how she needed to go to therapy. Then when my sister wanted to leave they wanted to guilt trip and also said that they don’t know if she will die and can’t help her
Diabetic sugar was 400. Asked for help with getting insulin lady left another one came back asked her for insulin too. And got none. I had to walk out go to my car to get a shot and puked all over my car then went home. This hospital dose not know how to run one. They should not be in business they do not know how to provide top health care. And there staff is incompetent
Took my wife to the Pontiac ER multiple times due to her passing out. Not only has my wife gotten yelled at by the head nurse for passing out in the parking lot,for the last year they have claimed there's nothing wrong with her. I just took her to a Joliet ER and she in fact was having NON EPILEPTIC SEIZURES! This hospital is extremely disrespectful and not very bright. My wife went in for a concussion. About 12 hours later she came in again because her concussion was getting worse. She had a knot on her head, slurred speach,and confusion. The ER Dr. Told her that she didn't have a knot on her head and didn't have a concussion. They gave her nothing for pain, instead asked her if she was on drugs. By far the WORST emergency room in the area. It's sad and honestly pathetic that our town can't get the proper medical care they deserve.
