I'm very pleased of this hospital. I will definitely give them 5 stars they deserve ! They very caring of a client I brought in yesterday, doctor and all RN nurses was on the go go with my client. I really appreciate the staff in the ER they were very knowledgeable and caring of the care of my client as well. Thankyou St James hospital I'm very happy.
Don’t call my wife a liar on the phone when she has given you the correct information you refuse to verify with your sister location in bloomington IL. Get off your hands and do the work that is assign to you.
Staff and doctors completely useless. Came in for issues with my back quickly gave me pain meds that I still don’t feel any relief of pain from and x-rayed me and then sent me out the door. Told them I wasn’t feeling any better and said well that’s all we can do
2 and a half hours for an ultrasound is ridiculous watching those who came in after me go before me for the same thing is pathetic. I understand elderly and emergencies however its not that the place just sucks
Normally, I would not be one to promote this hospital. I've had a number of bad experiences both my own and of family members but, I have got to say, they way I was treated yesterday and today... WOW! I recently had a miscarriage and to say it's been traumatic would be an understatement.. I came into the ER with extreme pain and when I tell you they got me back almost immediately (they were also extremely busy) and started trying to figure out ways to help me.
