My mom passed from cancer I admitted my self to rest they were very helpful thanks to all staff members I love you all
As a new out patient of Marcia Smith, it seems like anytime I need refills I have to bend over backwards to get them. Nobody EVER answers the phone so you are left to leave a voicemail that takes usually days for them to get back to you. I’ve never experienced anything like this at previous places. They will let you go without medications knowing it will make you sick or more anxious. This would have never happened at any of my other psychiatrist offices.
I called yesterday at 4:30 PM. No one answered. Has been over 37 hours no one returned my voicemail. And their online system says someone will respond within an hour. 48 hours later still no response. Clearly don’t care about their patients, too lazy to their jobs or maybe they’re simply incompetent.

I am really upset I feel very alone right now my dad just recently passed away and I was always told if I needed anyone to talk that I was always welcome to call there to the behavioral health unit but apparently that is not the case I had always felt very welcomed by the unit and now I feel so uncomfortable to be up there knowing that none of them want me up there anymore I was told the night I went in for behavioral health that there was no beds available but that ended up not being true I got lied to they wouldn't want us... read more
