I went in today for an ER visit. The wait time was very short to get to the back. When I got back the nurses were very helpful. The doctor on the other hand James Lindbom not so much. He was on his phone while I waited for 45 minutes or so before he came to my room. There was only one other patient in the ER. He only came in for less than 5 minutes, did not examine me at all. I have nothing but positive things to say. The nurses were excellent and very helpfull (especially Jessie and Frankie, I do not have their last names and i cannot say enough positives about them). The physical therapy dept., especially Mallory was top notch and very helpful. The only negative was the food.

Nurses were great and the dr was great, they all did a great job explaining my treatment, and made me feel comfortable

I wish there were negative stars. I was in so much pain that I needed to leave work and be drove out to the ER. Not only was i treated like shit by the doctor but he would not listen to me. Diagnosed me with " trouble to urinate". MY SPINE IS CURVED!! I could not stand straight up, could not walk, could barely move period and was diagnosed with " difficultie to urinate" and sent on my way and was told to just find a comfortable position to be in until it passed. My emergency Dr told me to be quite when I tried to ask a question while I was bleeding bad. The attending nurse had to say he was sorry what happened.. I passed out when I got home. Glad iam home.
