DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Fixed a bowl today that I thought was fixed. Now I have to hold the handle down for the stuff that is in the bowl to go down. Poor customer service and tech not knowledgeable. They said as long as the bowl flushes it’s fixed. On there end service call is closed. Do not use this company as the bowl is not back to the original working order.
