Great company to work with! Caden Weber is the best freight broker I have worked with. Very responsive and easy going. Also shout out to Ryan and Ashley in their accounting team. Extremely professional and reliable company. My shipping needs change all the time since we ship unusual shapes and sizes of live-edge slabs to large orders of lumber, OTR Freight has always been able to find me a solution and get my orders to my clients in a timely fashion, without being damaged!

Working with Riley O’Connor has been one of the worst broker experiences I’ve had. We booked a load with him at 9:00 AM, and my driver was already checked in on-site by 9:20 AM. The driver was kept waiting until 5:50 PM (over 8 hours). We immediately requested detention pay, and Riley told me he would speak with his team and get us compensated. Have never used this brokerage before and never will again. We have never written a review on a brokerage, but people need to be aware of the deception going on with his company. OTR is absolute amazing! From scheduling with OTR to delivering to my customer 1,000 miles away I can rest assured that my freight is in the most capable hands. Rachel is great! She is very helpful and has a great sense of urgency no matter what the issue is. She is always gives 110% to try and fix problems. I love how clam and collected she is in high stress situations makes doing business with her enjoyable.
