Great company to work with! Caden Weber is the best freight broker I have worked with. Very responsive and easy going. Also shout out to Ryan and Ashley in their accounting team. Extremely professional and reliable company. My shipping needs change all the time since we ship unusual shapes and sizes of live-edge slabs to large orders of lumber, OTR Freight has always been able to find me a solution and get my orders to my clients in a timely fashion, without being damaged!

OTR is absolute amazing! From scheduling with OTR to delivering to my customer 1,000 miles away I can rest assured that my freight is in the most capable hands. Their drivers are punctual & accommodating and their equipment is always clean & well maintained. Rachel and The OTR team are the epitome of professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Rachel is great! She is very helpful and has a great sense of urgency no matter what the issue is. She is always gives 110% to try and fix problems. I love how clam and collected she is in high stress situations makes doing business with her enjoyable.
I'm confused with all the good reviews - booked a load with these guys and they do not respond neither did they pay detention after having my driver wait hours for something that could have been avoided. Drivers have it hard enough with rates but then we have greedy brokers like this who don't pay and straight up ignore your emails. Would avoid these guys as their brokers don't seem to know what their doing.
