I'm leaving this review because I value informed consent and clear explanations during medical care, and this office repeatedly failed at both. At my intake appointment, they did not explain what procedures they were about to do until seconds before doing them. For example, they did not tell me they were going to probe/measure my gums until right before it happened, and they did not explain that it could be painful or cause bleeding. Dr. Natt did an incredible job with my child. My child has a lot of dental trauma from a previous provider not at Otter Creek Dental. Dr. Natt went above and beyond to build trust, and kept my child comfortable as well as feeling empowered throughout the appointment. This is clearly a provider that cares about the emotional wellbeing of their patients just as much as the physical. My child left feeling seen and heard, the anxiety over future appointments has been eased tremendously.
I had a checkup and cleaning today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shelby was amazing! Friendly, gentle, and very reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and made what can usually feel stressful a genuinely positive visit. Thanks to her, returning to the dentist felt comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!
I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but this office truly makes it so much better every single time. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and great at putting me at ease, which makes a huge difference for someone like me. I always leave in a surprisingly good mood thanks to them. The dentist is excellent and professional, and the overall care is outstanding. I highly recommend this office, especially for anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.
The clinic is clean and welcoming. The girls at the front desk are lovely. We see Dr.David and he’s wonderful. Every dental hygienist we’ve had has also been wonderful. My family & I are very happy with the care provided at otter creek dental.
