I'm leaving this review because I value informed consent and clear explanations during medical care, and this office repeatedly failed at both. At my intake appointment, they did not explain what procedures they were about to do until seconds before doing them. For example, they did not tell me they were going to probe/measure my gums until right before it happened, and they did not explain that it could be painful or cause bleeding. Highly recommend! I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted here. Dr. Lim was incredibly skilled and made the entire process quick and painless. The staff were also super friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you for the great experience!
Staff, receptionist included, were thorough and professional. I believe my hygienist's name was Shelby...knowledgeable and thoughtful when cleaning my teeth...paused when I needed a wee break to relax my jaw and explained everything she was about to do prior to continuing with her work. Tgank you.
Otter Creek is a comfortable dental clinic with courteous and professional staff. There’s no shortage of friendliness in the receptionists, hygienists, doctors or other staff, making what would typically be an unpleasant experience much less stressful. It’s nice to have Otter Creek Dental in Tillsonburg.
Dr. Natt did an incredible job with my child. My child has a lot of dental trauma from a previous provider not at Otter Creek Dental. Dr. Natt went above and beyond to build trust, and kept my child comfortable as well as feeling empowered throughout the appointment. This is clearly a provider that cares about the emotional wellbeing of their patients just as much as the physical. My child left feeling seen and heard, the anxiety over future appointments has been eased tremendously.
