I had a checkup and cleaning today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shelby was amazing! Friendly, gentle, and very reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and made what can usually feel stressful a genuinely positive visit. Thanks to her, returning to the dentist felt comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!
I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but this office truly makes it so much better every single time. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and great at putting me at ease, which makes a huge difference for someone like me. I always leave in a surprisingly good mood thanks to them. The dentist is excellent and professional, and the overall care is outstanding. I highly recommend this office, especially for anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.
The clinic is clean and welcoming. The girls at the front desk are lovely. We see Dr.David and he’s wonderful. Every dental hygienist we’ve had has also been wonderful. My family & I are very happy with the care provided at otter creek dental.
After years of severe dental anxiety that kept me from committing to regular visits, walking into Otter Creek Dental Office in Tillsonburg was absolutely terrifying. Been a patient at Otter Creek (previously Dr. Patenaude's) for more than 20 years. Always a great experience. No issues. All the staff is very friendly and on time. Had a new 3D scan and was a cool experience!
