I’m changing my review although I’ve had some conflicts of interests along the way at times for whatever reasons, I’ve come to the fact that the good does outweigh the bad and have been with them for going on 5 years now. Dr. Sargon legitimately is a good doctor and I appreciate her as a doctor and a person. I wish scheduling was a little smoother and we would be good as gold.
I am not a fan of the response times from office staff in the app, however Dr. Sarfo gets 5/5! She is amazing, listens to all my concerns, discusses many options. I can't say enough good about her.

no parking staff disrespectful on the phone and will hang up on you when I was trying to make an appointment long wait times in waiting room for someone that has PTSD Rude staff members that hide behind safety glass and lie Justin you're fired.
I absolutely adore Dr. Aspesi. As a chronically ill non-binary person on Medicaid getting a new doctor can be an incredibly intimidating process. My correct pronouns are used every time and the staff listens to, and validates my symptoms instead of arguing as to why that experience is incorrect. Instead of assigning a whole new diet plan, he makes gentle suggestions like getting more fruit in your diet or focusing on cutting back on the soda.
