Recently transferred here from the cat vet ( who I also really rate) because the distance from my house was way to stressful for my anxious cat. Staff were fantastic , really understanding of her needs and kept her stress to a minimum. Gave me some extra resources to help with her which I really appreciated. Super impressed with the service and everyone was really lovely and helpful. Great stock of treats and food as well. Pancake thanks you guys so much!
The vets and vet nurses here are amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable, and great with our furbabies. I just have to say that the lady at the front desk, Judith, really let's the team down. She's rude, passive aggressive and just generally unpleasant but mum and I will keep returning for the amazing vet care!
We recently moved into the Parklands area and have counted ourselves extremely lucky for having such amazing vets at the end of our street. Having an older cat and a young kitten, we've found the vets at ourvets parklands don't just only do their best by the animals, but are so kind hearted by the pets and the owners in times of stress. Truly appreciate their work and caring
The vet nurse and vet were amazing , so friendly and helpful. The vet took time to explain things and answer questions. Will recommend without hesitation.
We recently had to say good bye to our family pet and the team here were very empathetic and considerate.
