Working with Outdoor Solutions was great! I had 2 trees/stumps removed that unfortunately died. They were super quick, and considerate to set up barriers to prevent debris spread, and cleaned everything up perfectly! Pricing was also super reasonable! Grateful to have found them to help me!
Best experience I’ve ever had with a Tree Company! Nathan is a great communicator, prompt, caring, detail oriented, and best of all fairly priced! The crew was awesome and the job was executed with professionalism! They cleaned up meticulously at job end. I couldn’t be happier and I will never use another tree service ever again! Nathan with Outdoor Solutions was incredible! I needed a consolation on several trees with different issues and he can the next day right in appointed time, spent 1 hr with me providing advice for treatment and future trimming. Very pleasant and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommended Nate and his company for all your landscape needs.
I had Nathan come out and give me an estimate of work to be done. I approved estimate and we set a time for him and his crew to be there. Not only did he not show up, but I never received a text or call explaining why (as I understand things happen). No contact at all that day or for the next 3 days. Never did hear from him after leaving voicemails, etc. Needless to say I was totally flabbergasted as he seemed legit at the time. Nathan gave me a very fair quote, emailed contract, decided on a daily fee. His workers were on time and worked efficiently, quickly, professionally and were very polite. In 2 days they removed 6 trees, chipped them up and left for us to use, trimmed an entire fence line of overgrown Russian olives and sorted thru a huge pile of brush, branches, clippings and removed most of it, the rest is now manageable for us to remove easily.
