Outlook was excellent from the moment I looked for samples. The staff is excellent. Lennon was prompt in coming to measure rooms, got back quickly with information and flooring ordered and installed very fast too. Ishmael did a beautiful job with installation not harming my freshly painted walls and woodwork at all. I am very very pleased. Will use this company again. Thank you
Moved into new construction with carpet upstairs, Lennon was able to call his vendor and match the lvp flooring exactly.We replaced all the carpet upstairs with lvp. Lennon was a great communicator throughout the process. The installer Carmen and his son did a phenomenal job installing the flooring, on time, professional and courteous. Would definitely hire again, very happy with the whole process
So happy I researched and found a local business that had access to my exact flooring. From the moment I called and spoke with Lennon everything went so smooth. He drove to my home after work to measure and they came on Saturday for my installation so I could be here. I will have them back again to do my stairs and upstairs flooring. We were very impressed with Mark Bishop when he did the measurements for replacing our primary bedroom carpet. The samples he provided allowed us to select the shade that worked perfectly with our bedroom decor. Also the padding he suggested feels like we are walking on air. The 2 install folks were professional and quick this includes moving bedding and furniture. Very satisfied with Outlook Flooring and will certainly use them again and refer to family and friends.
