Allison Beam was tremendously helpful. She located the flooring I needed even though it was not stocked in their storeroom. She brokered a very fair price, ordered the flooring, and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Outlook Flooring in Rock Hill, SC.
We were very impressed with Mark Bishop when he did the measurements for replacing our primary bedroom carpet. The samples he provided allowed us to select the shade that worked perfectly with our bedroom decor. Also the padding he suggested feels like we are walking on air. The 2 install folks were professional and quick this includes moving bedding and furniture. Very satisfied with Outlook Flooring and will certainly use them again and refer to family and friends.
