I was so nervous to get a trigger finger release procedure when I initially arrived. Then i had the wonderful pleasure of having Diane, Lydia, David, Shane, Dr Rickards, & a few other incredible staff members that really made my experience out of this world. They made me feel so comfortable & very well taken care of. It was so quick and easy. Thankful that I had my procedure done here. I would recommend this place & staff to ANYONE
Staff was very professional and friendly. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready and explained to me. My procedure was delayed due to patients in the OR needing more time, but they kept me advised. Surgery went as planned and I was out of recovery and home as expected. My surgeon and the nursing staff were very good explaining what to expect, set up the follow up appointment and physical therapy. Well done!
I received surgery on my right wrist for carpal tunnel release. From the moment that I walked up to the receptionist I was treated with such kindness. I didn’t wait long to be called in to take my vitals and get set up with an IV. During the time I was being explained how the procedure was going to go . Once I came to from the anesthesia I was given some juice and muffins. I absolutely LOVED the staff!! I’m extremely enthusiastic about this review because I was terrified at first before my appointment, as anyone who doesn’t like surgeries would. I was traumatized from my emergency C section at a “reputable” hospital so when I found out I was going to need surgery for my foot, I was dreading it.
