I absolutely LOVED the staff!! I’m extremely enthusiastic about this review because I was terrified at first before my appointment, as anyone who doesn’t like surgeries would. I was traumatized from my emergency C section at a “reputable” hospital so when I found out I was going to need surgery for my foot, I was dreading it. The Outpatient Surgical Center of La Jolla is exceptional. From the minute I walked in to the discharge nurse, I felt cared for. Everyone was so professional and proficient with the kindest, caring demeanor.
Was nervous about having surgery but their staff was great at explaining what would happen (I had forgotten what MD had said), reassuring me. They were professional, friendly and very thorough. Definitely recommend this center for surgeries! Staff is wonderful! ☺️👍
The staff was absolutely amazing. All of the nurses and doctors were so thorough, helpful, comforting and knowledgeable. They made sure that I was comfortable and warm and they engaged me in conversation to let me know they were there for me. It was a busy day for them but they attended every patient with the same loving care. What a great group of individuals!
This was my first surgery and everyone at the clinic treated me professionally, yet with real warmth and care. Dr McClurg is one of the most competent, amazing doctors I've had the pleasure of working with. 10/10 would recommend and go again for any procedure I needed to have done.
