The level of attention and authentic care by the support staff is wonderful. Treated with respect and care throughout the entire process. My only criticisms are that there is no free, on-street parking close by (you HAVE to pay in 15 minute increments) and that your encouraged to leave the facility ASAP. I would've preferred to stay a little longer so that I could have my wits about me to receive better verbal aftercare instructions. However the staff is absolutely wonderful.
The experience I had at this clinic was amazing. I was brought in and everybody was attentive, even though they weren’t my nurse. They came over and asked if I was warm enough. They got blankets for me when they saw that I was sitting there waiting in the chair. I was watching all those nurses and they were helping each other . They got you in got me prepped and got me out of there. It was a great experience.
I just had my upper eyelids done yesterday 04/24/25. I had droopy eyelids. The team was amazing! All the nurses, anesthesiologist and Doctor are so kind. It was a fun and lively environment and they really took great care of me. If I ever need anything again I will definitely go back there. Thank you team! I love nurses and everyone in the healthcare community.
The entire staff from the front desk to the Amazing Dr Lars Newsome, this is by far,the best team of medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were respectful of my time and were hands on TLC, while caring for me before and post surgical back procedure. Their teamwork and atmosphere put my mind at ease. My sincere appreciation to all!
