Great service. Had a 0530 showtime. Front desk was very helpful. Nurses were very polite as well as the doctors. Came over to chat, very personable. Liz did a great job getting me out to the car and chatting with my wife. Overall great experience
It was my second visit to the Outpatient Surgery Center of La Jolla. Also, my second 5 star review. The staff are all pleasant and friendly. They care and make me feel as if I am the most important person in the room. They are thorough and efficient. From the front desk to the surgeons and anesthesiologist. I highly recommend the surgery center for outpatient surgery.
Very pleased with the care I received at Outpatient Surgery Center of La Jolla. All the nurses were wonderful. Very caring, friendly and informative. IV stick was a breeze and lots of warm blankets made me extra comfortable during a stressful time. Dr. Echegoyen and Dr. Levine were fantastic as well. My post op nurse gave me coffee to go after discharge. Made my day!! Thank you, everyone.
The staff, the nurses all the text everyone there are stellar. They were the kindness and most thoughtful people I have ever run across. No matter what you have to have done no matter what the procedure you can rest assured that they will take the best of care you are in perfect hands all of them.
Great staff, from the time I entered till the time I left. I received a call from the center as I was navigating the drive and parking. Received a smile and a friendly greeting from the registration/intake person who gave me my bracelets and papers to sign. I had equally attentive nurses who made sure I was properly prepped and comfortable while awaiting my entrance to the surgery room.
