If I could give this storage facility a zero I would. Literally leaving doors open on my van overnight and not closing them and ultimately not taking care of the vehicle and charging me for a service then neglecting basic common sense maintenance and respect/compassion issues. The lack of care and incompetence is astounding. I expected this van to be rented out in Sacramento when I dropped it off at the storage lot, but that was not their fault.
