Great experience with Outrig. Matt is a real pro and I'm glad he was working on my rig. The new management and Felicity were fantastic as well and took good care of me.

I was really pleased with the customer service and work completed on my camper. The staff was friendly and professional. And their communication was awesome! We will definitely use them again.
Well what I thought would be an easy and painless service on our new to us motorhome, turned out a lot worse then expected. So I drop my motorhome off at the Colorado Springs location for a couple weeks/ maybe month to get everything checked out and serviced before we stayed in it for 2 weeks. One day I get a call saying the motorhome is complete and they are closing the office location permanently. Jon did a great job welding the hitch to the back of the trailer. I can now haul my e-bikes safely. Felicity handled the billing and helped in getting a good price. Everyone was friendly
