Once again, the Outstanding team continue to make my experience a positive one. Purchased HVAC unit in December 2024 and they have been coming out to make sure all is working well and checking to see if I need anything. They even moved my intake air vents, at my request from where they were originally in the house, to a place more quiet. Thanks again the Eddie and the Outstanding team!
Will installed our smart thermostat and couldn't have been more knowledgeable and respectful. He is also very personable which helped a lot when he explained what we needed and how to operate it. I highly recommend him for installation and maintenance of your HVAC system
I used Outstanding to service the furnace in a condo that we had listed for sale on Jan 14, 2025. From scheduling the appointment, to the service completed, to paying the bill everything was 5 Star service. The girls who answered the phone were a pleasure to speak to and were very personable. Will, our service tech, called us prior to arriving, documented the scope of work completed and sent the supporting documents to me immediately after completion. I have used them 3 times now for my home A/C. They figured out a problem in 30 minutes that another company could not fix after several visits. They are great about calling for appointments, and show up on time. I will be using them exclusively in the future to care for my system.
