I have used them 3 times now for my home A/C. They figured out a problem in 30 minutes that another company could not fix after several visits. They are great about calling for appointments, and show up on time. I will be using them exclusively in the future to care for my system.
I used Outstanding to service the furnace in a condo that we had listed for sale on Jan 14, 2025. From scheduling the appointment, to the service completed, to paying the bill everything was 5 Star service. The girls who answered the phone were a pleasure to speak to and were very personable. Will, our service tech, called us prior to arriving, documented the scope of work completed and sent the supporting documents to me immediately after completion. The Outstanding Heating and Cooling crew from Kevin and Eddie as well as the installers were all amazing from beginning to end. They have been in contact with me periodically to double check everything and I am so grateful for their service. They did not hesitate to answer any questions I had and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
We have been using Outstanding Heating and cooling for 8-9 years now. We have a yearly plan where they come out every six months and do checks/inspection/adjustments to make sure everything is working inside and out. They caught a serious issue from the builder install that had the gas pressure regulator set to the wrong pressure. That could have been dangerous if not adjusted. They have always been thorough and professional. We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. 5 Star.
I had a very complicated issue with a new unit that was installed by a different company. We went several days with no heat waiting on the other company. Outstanding Heating & Cooling heard about my issue by word of mouth and reached out to me. They sent a technician to my house house the following morning. They didn't quit until they figured out every last issue. Great service and communication!
