Staff at the Mequon Wi clinic claimed insurance was verified and covered the day of procedure. Months later they billed $7,200 saying insurance denied coverage. Checking in was really easy and I was seen on time! The provider was very attentive and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I was just very impressed with the whole process even checking for my insurance coverage was really easy. I highly recommend this place if you have problems with carpal tunnel syndrome.
I’ve suffered with carpal tunnel syndrome for 20 years and it’s time to do something. I went for my evaluation today and Ruth and Andrea are the nicest people. Very involved exam and great explanation. I would recommend them to anyone
