Really happy to see it's still business as usual despite this unfortunate "quarantine" we're all under. The visit was completely curbside... The techs collected my dog from the car wearing mask and gloves - the front desk took payment over the phone. Dr. Schwartz is as meticulous and thorough as ever. He, called me before and after the exam to go through my concerns and address them line by line. He's never rushed and always accessible for follow up questions and concerns. Thanks as always!!!!
I had a great experience here! (: Im honestly not one to review a lot (especially long reviews) but they deserve the great rating! The staff here are amazing! I have a lion-head rabbit who had not been doing too well for a few days and I decided to take her to the vet. I was a little worried because it is so hard to find vets for rabbits, especially ones with great experience. Dr. Schwartz has put together an absolutely phenomenal clinic where I was blown away every single visit with their attention to detail, friendly manner, and top-notch customer service. I wish my doctor provided this level of care! I also want to recognize Dr. Lee and Dr. Forsythe for their exceptional care. Sadly, we recently moved back to the East Coast. My new vet will have to fill some pretty big shoes!
Amazing vet clinic!! Dr Schwartz and the entire staff are FANTASTIC! So kind and compassionate and invested in the well being of their patients. Incredible care especially during this Coronavirus outbreak. They have a very well thought out system to care for pets and keep the public safe while doing so. WELL DONE!
Absolutely wonderful. First time visit, and this is a team are hard workers. Such a crazy time right now, and they handled themselves and the clinic like pros! Our dog was in great hands. Highly recommend
I had a great experience here during the COVID-19 shutdown. They were very organized and handled safety exceptionally well. I didn't feel pressured to buy unnecessary things like many other vets and my pup was happy as could be coming out.
My cats and I have been coming to Dr. Schwartz and his staff for 20+ years - since before he opened this location at Overland & Palms. His diagnostic acuity is amazing. He's really sensitive to my cats, but also to my preferences and comfort level. He's always been really great about identifying what each cat needs to be treated, both medically, and behaviorally. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. Schwartz and his entire team / staff are just the best. I feel like family whenever I walk in, and I am confident I am getting the highest level of knowledgeable care and attention. Really liked my experience with my vet. But the waiting area is chaotic and disorganized. And there is practically no parking.
