WES WADE AND HIS TEAM WORKED WITH ME STEP BY STEP TO GET ME INTO MY HOME. THEY MADE THE HOME QUALIFING PROCESS AND PURCHASE A LOT LESS DIFFICULT. EASY TO REACH AT ANYTIME. THEY JUST MADE THE WHOLE THING WORK FOR ME. THANK YOU OVM FINANCIAL.
So the only reason I’m giving two stars is because they did the right thing at the end and did not make me pay the appraisal fee ... so that saved y’all from 1 Star I guess . Least they could do though since I had to pay an inspection fee for nothing now . I was working with this group for over two months and was under the impression that everything was going well and we were in good shape .
