Just wanted to shout out Karen at OVME in Bryn Mawr because she was absolutely fantastic! Seriously, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and she explained everything in a way that just put me at ease. The whole team was amazing, super knowledgeable, super friendly, and they made sure I knew all my options. I’m so glad I found them and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Karen always provides the BEST experience in all aspects. She gives you the best results while making you feel so very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire appointment/process. She is absolutely lovely and I always look forward to seeing her for our appointments. The spa is modern and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming and there is plenty of parking.

I had the most amazing experience at OVME! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to understand my skin concerns. My facial was not only relaxing but also left my skin glowing, refreshed, and incredibly soft. Got Botox with Karen and came back to her for the Halo facial. She was so gentle and caring. Knowing she has a background as a PA makes me feel more secure and confident in her expertise. I felt really taken care of and can’t wait for my skin to glow!

Karen did a great job with my filler. Everything was nice and even, and natural looking, with minimal bruising and no pain. I would definitely see her again.
