I had a great experience here! The staff was super nice. Emily was pleasant and very welcoming. I felt so comfortable with Chelcie as my provider. Her bedside manner and gentle touch made this appointment so wonderful. I didn’t bruise at all and I almost always do. Plus, when results kicked in my coworker said “what did you do? You look really good” Looking forward to my next appointment.

I started going here in preparation for my wedding. Sadly, after my first 2 facials my acne got worse. I went in for my third facial and I got another tech who ended up recommending several different things than the first tech I had. As soon as I followed Rachel’s technic my skin cleared up which is great and I’m thankful for. It was just unfortunate that the other tech recommended things that made me break out before my wedding.
I see Racheal for hydro facials and just adore her! The client rooms are tidy and clean. She is experienced and full of skincare knowledge and I feel like a million bucks when I walk out! Highly recommend the lymphatic drainage with a facial.
Sarah is absolutely the BEST in RVA! She transformed my face in the most natural way — it doesn’t look overdone at all. I’ve been to so many providers and even plastic surgeons in Richmond, and she is by far the best. After her treatment, I felt like I had a facelift, and my mom told me I look 20 years younger! 💖
