Really impressed with the care and professionalism here. Anthony gave a great Hydrafacial, my skin felt noticeably better and hydrated afterward. Jennifer handled the laser treatment with a steady hand and explained everything clearly. I didn’t feel any pain, and the results have been better than expected. Brenda was just as great, she took the time to understand exactly what I was going for with Dysport, and the results look clean and natural. The whole team made each experience easy and comfortable
Brenda is the best at what she does. I loved her professionalism and her knowledge base is elite. I was really nervous about going in because I have a big fear of needles and typically pass out but with her it was so quick that I did not even noticed. I was also nervous about what I was getting myself into because I did not want to look fake but she made me look completely natural and boosted my confidence about how I look and feel.
I have been visiting OVME since I moved to the area and I am super satisfied with the whole team. I am always greeted with a smile by the front desk staff Joseph, Katie and Tracy. Worked with Lindsay and Jennifer at West End for the last of my RF microneedling facials. Great experience, numbed for a long time and felt next to nothing doing the microneedling. Jennifer did the microneedling and she’s so warm and upbeat, the kind of person who you’d take to a party and would make sure you were friends with everyone by the end. Will be back!
