We love our new carpet from Owen Valley Flooring. For the first time in my life, I am walking on plush carpet in my own home. It is amazing. I love the color and the texture, and the installation was perfect. Thank you so much to the sales staff at Owen Valley Flooring, for helping me with my selection. Owen Valley Flooring installed all of our flooring in our new home. Rene (sales) and John (installer) were both great to work with and made the process simple. They had great communication throughout the entire process. If we had a question or needed to change our timing, they were super flexible and worked with our construction schedule. The floors look great!
Macayla and Rene was awesome and very helpful, patient and personalable. Alan also helped us and he was also great. We didn't feel pressured and they took time to help and get us what we wanted. For a good price. The carpet was done quickly and it looks amazing. Great company and staff would recommend to anyone looking for flooring and or carpet.
Was recommended to check out Owen Valley Flooring and was NOT disappointed!! They were very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The worked around my schedule for installation and even checked in with me to make sure I was ready. Only took the installers 5 hours to get it all done and they were very friendly and professional. Just got them installed on June 3. 2024 and couldn't be happier!!!
We had most of our first floor done in engineered hardwood and carpet in a couple of rooms. The result was spectacular. Much thanks to Rene and Makayla for helping us with our order, and the installation crew who were top-notch. We have a home for flooring.
